Standard Terms and Conditions
These Standard Translation Terms and Conditions are deemed to apply in all contractual relationships between Laudum Import (hereinafter “the Seller") and its Customers (hereinafter “the Customer”), and constitute the whole agreement between the parties, except where specifically noted and agreed in the Quote Sheet or Order confirmation to the Client. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Belgian law shall apply to the contract, and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Belgian Courts. If any provision of these Standard Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Standard Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
- 1. ORDERS
Information, photographs and images of the products are only indicative and engage the Seller by no means. From the moment the Customer confirms his order, he is considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions, price and volume.
- 2. PRICE
The sales price of the products is the price at the confirmation of the order, excluding shipping costs. Sales prices can change at any time due to external factors. Shipping costs are at cost of the customer, and added to the invoice of the products. Shipping costs are indicated at time of order confirmation by the customer.
- 3. PAYMENT
All invoices will be rendered in, and payable in, Euros. Unless stated otherwise, payment shall be due when the order is confirmed. Delivery of new orders can be postponed due to a delayed payment of a previous order.
- 4. DELIVERY
Delivery is considered as the possibility of carrying and turning over of the goods, to the designated recipient. It is the Customer's task to verify and check the goods at time of delivery. If the goods do not meet the description or quantity indicated at the delivery notification, the Seller has to be informed by the Customer within 8 days after delivery.
- 5. WARRANTY
Sold products are under warranty by the manufacturer. All products covered by this warranty, can only be returned by preceding agreement of the Seller. The Customer has to contact the Service Department of the seller by e-mail. When the product is granted a return, the Seller will provide an RMA number to the Customer. All goods need to be returned in their original packaging, together with the provided RMA number. Costs and risks of returnal are at the expense of the Customer.
- 6. LIABILITY
The Seller will have no responsibility in case of indirect damage. In case of direct damage, the responsibility of the Seller will be limited to a maximum amount of 520 euro.
